5 Uncomfortable Truths You Need to Accept Now

TRUTH # 1 | your phone is killing you
For years, I used the excuse of downtime to waste hours of my existence on meaningless information.
This is the first obstacle in your journey.
You can’t achieve anything without focus.
Do you even remember the videos you watched yesterday?
Did they help you?
Save yourself…
- Zero electronic use until 9AM for 1 week
- Restrict until 11AM for 1 week
- Restrict until 1PM
You can take it as far as you like.
Remember that even 15 minutes of scrolling in the morning is like polluting a pristine lake with an industrial sized turd.
Personally, I put my phone in the sock drawer or backpack the night before.
You don’t become attractive by scrolling social media.
It takes action.

TRUTH # 2 | fitness is the only option
When you’re a skinny fat nobody…
The game is set on hard mode.
Trust me — I’ve been there.
It’s “I’m too busy” on an infinite loop.
A woman once chose a dentist appointment over a rooftop date with me.
And I can’t even blame her.
Interest is directly related to the QUALITY of what you’re selling.
Why would she pick a Kia over a Lambo when they both cost a free swipe?
Improve yourself until it’s a no brainer.
Hit the gym.
This is transformers IRL.
Cut the excuses — because all people care about is results.

TRUTH # 3 | do the work or stay invisible
Many men invest into personal growth but are stuck in learning purgatory.
APPLICATION is what’s going to change your life.
Not reading a book alone by the fire.
You only need one text anyways:
“Dating Essentials For Men” by Dr. Glover.
This is the 80%.
Follow the steps in the book…
You’ll get what you want.

TRUTH # 4 | quiet confidence
You can thrive despite your shortcomings IF you OOZE confidence.
Be the man who walks into any building like he owns that sh*t.
Regardless of how you feel.
Quiet confidence is projected in two ways:
- External
- Internal
External confidence is simply your outward presentation…
- Eye contact
- Posture
- Slow & low tone voice
Internal confidence requires doing the self-work.
Mantras, meditation, philosophy, visualization…
Once you’re no longer concerned with the outcome of any event…
You win regardless.

TRUTH # 5 | obsess over your schedule
Your current position in life is the consequence of actions that preceded it.
This is why your SCHEDULE is more important than any productivity tool.
Stop spending your time on things that don’t move the needle.
Add this…
- Lift weights 5x/week
- Social courage exercise 3x/week (asking for her number, attending a Meetup, salsa class)
- 1 hour every Sunday to solve your most pressing problems
