6 Physical Traits That Women Find Irresistible

A few months ago, I found myself on an afternoon date with this gorgeous French girl while visiting Lisbon, Portugal. 

We met at this language exchange that I found on Meetup, and a few days later I invited her to explore the world famous Time Out market with me. 

I like the accent. 

Anyways, we’re walking around until I get the idea to grab a cafe and pastel de nata combo.

So I take her to this spot with sweeping views of the European Atlantic — 

It’s a vibe. 

I was in a playful mood…

So I decide to ask her: 

“Hey, so what does your perfect guy look like?” 

Here’s what she said…

# 1 | He has a “sporty” build

I guess this the French way of saying “hot body.” 

But it’s true. 

Every woman I’ve asked mentions physique in one way or another. 

Now…

This doesn’t mean you have to wrestle like the Rock.

But avoid the dad bod aesthetic at all costs.

Instead, build something more universally attractive: 

• Upper body mass 
• Defined abs

# 2 | He’s taller than me

I know this is a sore subject.

Especially on the internet where you have influencers proclaiming the 666 rule as a code of law.

In real life…

Most women just want you to be the same height or slightly taller than her.

And I know plenty of short kings with rich dating lives regardless.

So…

Don’t book that appointment to get your legs split into two.

Just come with confidence.

# 3 | He smells good

French women know their fragrances.

Her favorite were Dior Sauvage (eau de toilette) and YSL (eau de parfum).

And I’ve actually heard this from other women stateside too, so if you’re wondering, my sample size is greater than one.

Anyways…

I recommend drizzling on a little aroma anytime you’re going to be in close quarters (dancing, date night…)

Otherwise, just stay fresh.

• Shower with non Axe body wash
• Wear crispy clean clothes
• Try not to pre-dose on perspiration

Bonus points for magnifique smelling hair.

# 4 | He has a beard

I wasn’t too surprised when she told me this. 

Facial hair is highly attractive because it accentuates your jawline and creates symmetry.

The perfect facial hair depends on your aesthetic. 

But for most men — this is the stubble or 5 o’clock shadow look. 

Full beards can radiate masculinity too. 

Just make sure you’re trimming regularly.

You don’t want to give neckbeard.

# 5 | He dresses classy  

There’s no excuse for a grown man to dress like a high school freshman. 

And I’m envious of the Europeans here. 

They really know how to put that sh*t on, while us American bruhs are flexing baggy sweatpants and crinkly band tees. 

Take a page from their playbook — 

Always dress to impress, even if it’s a casual trip to the supermarche.

Or take one of your fashionable lady friends to the nearest mall and boss up. 

She’ll make it easy for you. 

# 6 | He has “nice” hair 

I’ve seen a lot of B&As on this matter. 

The right haircut turns a man from “spare change please” to His Royal Majesty. 

It’s night and day ngl. 

So what’s a “good haircut?”

It’s subjective right. 

But as a rule of thumb — 

If your hair is on the thinner side, go for a short and tapered look. 

Never combover.
