7 Habits That Will Finally Change Your Life

So about 4 years ago I was visiting a nightclub in Los Angeles with a group of the guys.

I’m pretty out of my element since I’m straight edge life…

But I stay for the vibes.

As the night progresses, one of my buds commands me to chat up this attractive brunette sitting at the bar.

After making excuses for 15 minutes or so…

He calls me the P WORD.

Now I’m forced.

So turn my charisma on and make my way towards her.

As I’m introducing myself…

She glances at me, then goes back to chatting with her friend.

Damn.

The worst part?

She leaves with some older dude later that night.

Even though I wanted to go home and numb myself with the usual graphics…

I needed to change my life.

Badly.

So I turned my failures into motivation, and bossed up.

Here’s how…

HABIT #1 | GYM LIFE

I could write a documentary on the perks of a fit body.

But you only need one reason:

Respect

Once you’re an aesthetic gentleman…

You walk down the street to the female gaze.

She notices.

The difference is insane.

My fitness habits took me from the designated friend zone guy to crushes on my body.

Hit the gym.

This is the year you finally build the dream physique.

HABIT #2 | GOOD EATS

I went from DoorDash’s top customer to Bryan Johnson levels of discipline in less than a month.

How?

I changed my mindset.

Nowadays…

I view food as a source of nutrition rather than a quick dopamine snack.

The result is a consistent diet that elevates your aesthetics.

Once you cut out the processed BS…

  • Abs
  • Clear skin
  • Jawline

If your mission is to finally change your life —

The trade is fair.

HABIT #3 | GET DRESSED

The best way to raise your status is to dress like you’re the lead character.

Life is a movie after all.

I separate my wardrobe into three styles:

  • Work
  • Date night
  • Gym

My casual fits are just toned down versions of the date night aesthetic.

The takeaway?

STOP dressing like a overgrown teenager.

Level up.

HABIT #4 | CHASE DEPOSITS

I know IG has people convinced that less than 200K/year is grotesque poverty.

Obviously, not true.

But money does expand your freedoms:

  • Self-investment
  • Free time
  • Travel

So work on optimizing your skills.

Earn more.

The catch is to use that income wisely instead of running up the hedonic treadmill.

For all matters outside of personal growth…

Be a minimalist.

HABIT #5 | REJECTION

I recently finished reading “Rejection Proof” by Jia Jiang.

No lie — it opened my eyes.

How?

Fixing this mental block is one of the hardest things you’ll ever do.

My fear of rejection neutered my early 20s  —  ESPECIALLY with dating.

But on the other side?

You’re virtually unstoppable.

Here’s an actionable checklist to kickstart your journey:

  • Ask a barista to show you how to make her favorite drink
  • Give $5 to a random person
  • Ask a stranger to rate your outfit

Have fun.

HABIT #6 | LIBRARY VISITS

We all have a choice every night before bed:

A) Load up the video
B) Pick up a book

If you need to change your situation…

I recommend the latter.

Every problem has a written solution.

You just have to find it.

  • Books like “Turning Pro” transformed my focus.
  • Dr. Glover’s “Dating Essentials For Men” made me attractive.

The list goes on.

The knowledge is already out there.

Get it.

HABIT #7 | PRIORITY

There’s about 16 waking hours in the day.

What you do with them today determines your life 6 months from now.

A focus on fitness and education literally attracts a new life.

Junk food and mindless entertainment keeps you in your place.

Here’s the truth:

Realistically, there’s only enough time to pursue 1–2 efforts.

So think about the lifestyle you want.

Adopt the right habits.

It’s done.
