7 Habits That Will Turn Your Life Around For Men

A few years ago I’m standing outside this Trattoria in LA…

She’s now officially late to our 7:00 reservation. 

I nervously pace around the side of the building away from the swaths of well-dressed couples. 

Slightly embarrassed.

But the worst was yet to come. 

At first I rationalized my missed calls with the chaos of the city…

But deep down I knew. 

30 minutes later I get her text — 

And that’s all she wrote. 

I pay the parking bill and take a quiet drive back to my apartment alone.

Sometimes a wave of bittersweet silence helps you reflect. 

Your friends are getting married and buying houses together…

But your sh*t just isn’t clicking. 

Why?

I had to find out before my time passed. 

It was back to business. 

# 1 | Devise a mission plan. 

What do you really want out of your life? 

Write it down today. 

Your habits are set according to a vision. 

For men it’s usually…

  1. A ripped body 
  2. Stacked bank account 
  3. Rich dating life 

10x your goals like you’re Grant Cardone for good measure. 

If your time is limited…

Focus your energy on getting the body and the bag. 

Why? 

It’s more efficient to attract instead of chase. 

Trust. 

# 2 | Hit the gym.

Jacked men are selected over the untrained blokes. 

I’ve been on both sides of the coin. 

Complain all you want…

But that tears don’t change reality.

Play the game. 

It is much easier than you think.

Luck changes with a few seasons of dedicated labor. 

But at the end of the day…

Stay mediocre. 

Or become the man she wants. 

Pick one. 

# 3 | Remove blocks. 

If you’re not used to being the winner…

Pause and ask yourself why. 

At some point you lost faith in yourself. 

And we need to reverse that. 

Use meditation in any form enjoyable for you…

  • Traditional meditation 
  • Long walks 
  • Intentional journaling 
  • Late night drives 

Your goal is to internalize the belief that all of this is possible for you. 

Changing your reality through cybernetics. 

# 4 | Expand your horizons. 

I’ve moved about 8 times in my life…

Every location was an opportunity to break free from old ways. 

New atmospheres breed optimism. 

Don’t be afraid. 

Move to a place that aligns with your specific goals. 

Find focus in high country mountain towns. 

Dating options in an East Coast metropolis. 

Let your environment serve you.

# 5 | Numbers mindset. 

Once you understand your potential…

You’ll realize that attachment to outcome only holds you back. 

Options are unlimited.

Nothing is personal unless you make it so. 

If your date doesn’t go as planned…

Move on to the next one.

Keep opening doors until you’re happy with what you find. 

# 6 | Cut comforts.

They’ve hijacked our minds, and it’s your responsibility to take it back. 

Digital entertainment is a cheap substitute for real world experiences. 

Social media = fake socialization 

Corn = fake intimacy 

Cut out comforts for 7 days and see where your baseline is really at. 

It will be uncomfortable AF. 

But you deserve to wake up and see the bullsh*t. 

You’re meant for more than mediocrity. 

# 7 | Nightly reading. 

Renew your mind with wisdoms written by thinkers over centuries. 

Whether you’re a Roman emperor or a monk who sold his Ferrari… 

Human issues don’t change. 

Solve your problems by learning from those before you.

Apply the material as soon as you read it.

Be the man in the field instead of an armchair philosopher.
