99% of men ignore these rules and fail.

The other day I was talking to one of my brothers at the gym. 

We were having a casual conversation, until he suddenly blurts out a painful memory. 

He recalls how his crush flat out rejected him after talking for months. 

Worst of all…

She would cheerfully flirt with his “friends” right in front of him.

Brutal. 

His heart soon boarded the Polar Express. 

But I can’t lie. 

Even though I’ve deserted before…

I know the reality. 

Nobody gives a f*ck. 

And the solution rests on your shoulders…

Your trainings. 

“It’s a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.” — Socrates 

I heard this quote on Dan Koe’s podcast, and I appreciated that Socrates was on his sh*t. 

Here’s the hard truth — 

99% of women take the aesthetic warrior over the untrained degenerate who eats fast food for breakfast. 

I don’t blame them. 

Physical training goes beyond your external appearance…

It creates discipline. 

Confidence. 

Power. 

These are HIGHLY valuable traits where the opposite is a mediocre life submerged in artificial dopamine kicks. 

Even if you don’t give a sh*t about attraction…

Do it for yourself. 

End chase.

Back in college, there used to be this quirky brunette who I badly wanted to be my love interest. 

So everyday I would text her over TV dinners and offer support on demand like Comcast. 

I thought helping her would get her interested, right? 

Of course — this failed horrifically.  

By the end of the semester she had no use for me and I was abandoned like a stray. 

And again…

I totally deserved it. 

Chasing kills tension. 

No mystery. 

No excitement. 

Nothing for her to crave. 

This is why as a man — focus on building an attractive life and INVITE her into it. 

Not the other way around.

Redefine focus. 

Building a fit, wealthy, and attractive life involves one prerequisite…

Cut the distractions. 

Put the phone into the sock drawer.

Throw out the substances.

Stop wasting hours on low return activities.  

Let’s really write it out. 

Most of your goals can be accomplished through…

  • Ripped body = gym + diet 
  • Wealth = leveraged digital work 
  • Becoming attractive = mindset retraining 

Do these for 12 months and you’ll change your life beyond any expectations they placed on you. 

Just 12 months of monk and you return to the arena as a gladiator.
