How NOT to Waste Your Life

Let’s say you only had one chance at life…
How would you make it count?
Truthfully, there’s a million ways to answer this question.
So let’s consider the more helpful inverse:
How do you guarantee a wasted life?
Here’s my top 3:
1) Bad health
2) Zero swag
3) Total isolation
In my early 20s, it seemed like leveling up was out of my cards.
But it turns out —
I just didn’t know what to focus on.
Once you define the life of your nightmares…
Dreams become reality.
So here’s how NOT to waste your life —

# 1 | PLANET BUFF
Hit the gym.
Your life literally depends on it.
The benefits of a fit body are endless…
Attraction, health, aging…
Training is the first step to the good life.
Why?
A fit body signals a disciplined mind to others AND yourself.
In other words…
When you look in the mirror and see the fruits of your labor —
You’re reminded that you CAN do difficult things.
Confidence skyrockets and comfort zones are expanded.
This is all you need:
- Workout 3–4 times / week
- Clean eats
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Heads up — results may be too powerful (in the best way).

# 2 | GLOWED UP
Now that you’re in the best shape of your life —
It’s time to glow up.
So how do you boost your appearance?
Rituals.
No human sacrifices required.
Here’s what I’ve implemented into my mornings:
- Skincare
- Grooming
- Style
Let’s do a speedrun, shall we?
SKINCARE
Skincare is essentially a game of trial and error.
But from my 10+ years of tinkering…
Keep it simple.
More does not equal better in this department.
Consider a mild cleanser, moisturizer, and active based on your goals.
Remember, if you’re hopping into sun rays…
Lather on that sunscreen.
One day you’ll look a century younger than your peers.
GROOMING
You need two things:
- A barber you can trust
- A beard care routine
The barber is prime minister of your love life, so keep them in good graces.
Now for some retail therapy…
STYLE
The main rule I have for style is this:
- Dress to attract
- Minimal pieces
This means buying quality classics over quantity fads.
To clarify…
I’m not saying go drop 5K on LV bow ties.
But “shopping like a millionaire” isn’t the move either.
In a nutshell…
Organize your wardrobe with quality fits, and make it easy to dress well.
Stay fresh.

# 3 | FRIENDS
Most of life’s color comes from building genuine relationships.
Romantic / platonic.
To avoid getting LOST inside the virtual sauce…
Exit your normal routes and talk to everyone.
Why?
This brings you into new situations and IRL interactions.
Having trouble with this?
Join social groups or become a hobbyist.
It could be anything from interpretive dance to clarinet club.
Pursue what sparks the light.
And as long as you’re doing that…
Life is good.
