It’s not just about the female gaze…

The right appearance can elevate your whole life. 

Just look at the certified heartthrobs who turned their aesthetics into million dollar empires. 

It’s your time now. 

Here are the 5 habits for superstar status…

# 1 | LEANING OUT

Your first order of business for the glow up…

Ripped exterior. 

A fit body is more than just visual stimulation— 

It also signals attractive qualities like discipline and health. 

So where do you start? 

  1. Bulk up the mass
  2. Cut off the fat 

When you’re bulking, pay special attention to your protein and caloric intake to ensure sufficient nutrition. 

Overall, the end goal is a low body fat percentage. 

This allows your abs and jawline to rock out. 

So…

Do cardio. 

You could even incorporate this as active recovery. 

Here’s a model schedule:

  • Lift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
  • Cardio: Tuesday, Thursday 

Most importantly —

KEEP GOING. 

This is usually the struggle, especially during year 1.

So do this to avoid falling off the bench: 

  1. Avoid extended breaks 
  2. Reinforce exercise with external stimuli  

One day can easily turn into a millennia, so make going to the gym instantly rewarding…

Pump preview, Spotify playlists, fancy gym, favorite meal after lifts. 

Positive feedback is everything. 

# 2 | GLASS SKIN 

80% of facial attractiveness comes down to your skin. 

I wasn’t lucky enough to be blessed with a perfect epidermis —  

So here’s how I changed that: 

  • Morning sunlight (Vitamin D) 
  • Cut dairy, sugary, and fried foods
  • Ample hydration (H2O not Bud Light) 
  • Cold shower ASAP after sweating 

This keeps your skin healthy and prevents breakouts

Also…

Use a minimalist skincare routine.

Essentially a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF 30 sunscreen.

But incorporate one product at a time and see how your skin responds.

# 3 | CATCHING FADES  

Not talking about petty squabbles here. 

Haircuts. 

A visit to the barbershop can change your persona from struggling artist (no offense) to Bradley Pitt. 

If your hair is naturally on the thinner side — this is doubly true. 

So check in with your barber at least once a month. 

Here are some other haircare tips: 

  • Don’t shampoo everyday
  • Comb everyday (increases blood flow to scalp) 
  • Use organic products that don’t fry your follicles 

Now onwards to beard care…

# 4 | BEARDED WARRIOR 

A majestic beard is a man’s cheat code for attraction. 

Why? 

Beards add symmetry to your face, which is highly desirable

Anything from stubble to a Harden beard works, as long as it’s well-maintained. 

Pay close attention to the neckline. 

Unkept necks are notoriously unattractive

I use an electric razor with different guards for the perfect trim. 

And if you’re really ballin — just have your barber do it. 

# 5 | DENTAL WORKS

Contrary to popular belief…

The Hollywood veneer look is overrated AF. 

I know, this might be a controversial take

But it comes across as synthetic. 

Instead, stay disciplined and shoot for a clean look. 

Here’s what I do: 

  • Timed electric toothbrush
  • Floss daily 
  • Routine cleanups
