It keeps you coming back for more.

habit # 2 | protein eats

Without a diet to support your fitness journey…

You’re leaving raw gains on the table.

Once you figure this out — progress speedruns.

  • Protein 0.9–1.0g / pound
  • No processed BS
  • Caloric surplus or caloric deficit

Nutritious foods…

Eggs, egg whites, almonds, beans, chickpeas, quinoa, hummus, chicken, fish, greek yogurt, chia seeds

Is it “hard” to cook meals at home and skip the combo meal at Wendy’s?

Sure.

But that’s where you edge out the competition.

habit # 3 | skincare formula

One of the first things women notice is your skin.

It signals your health.

As someone who used to struggle with rather regular eruptions…

This is what finally worked:

  1. Mild cleanser

  3. SPF 30 mineral sunscreen

Sunscreen is KEY.

It keeps you from looking like a bag of wrinkles at 30.

Smell is STRONGLY tied to memory.

habit # 5 | dress dapper

The bar for style in the US is incredibly low.

Wearing joggers out in public would be considered a war crime in most countries.

But again — this is where you win.

I’ve gotten the best reception with a fitted “old money aesthetic.”

  • Collared shirts
  • Chino pants
  • Watch (not with a screen)
  • White or black shoes

Essentially…

Dress like a Harvard lawyer on vacation in Italy. 

Use your garments to elevate your status. 

habit # 6 | mindset change

Here’s the catch…

Being attractive doesn’t mean that runway models start chasing you down the street. 

You still have to ask her out.

The benefit of being attractive is that you have a higher chance of acceptance.

Like applying for college.

But there’s no substitute for overcoming fears. 

Here’s a mindset shift that helped me: 

Life is temporary.

I just remind myself “I’m only here for a bit.” 

Any discomfort or outcome is short-lived. 

Shoot the ball.

Continue rest of your day. 

habit # 7 | communication

Don’t worry about SAYING the right thing.

Women that are genuinely interested in you will reciprocate regardless.

Just blurt.

Now…

Your nonverbal communication is what signals high status.

  • Stand up straight
  • Open body language
  • Hold eye contact
  • Slight smurk & head tilt

Slow everything down and breathe.
