I Spent 100 Days on the Perfect Morning Routine and Here's What Happened

A while back, I found myself ghosted by my most recent crush.

To cope, I’d wake up every AM and blast my brain cells with YT shorts.

Followed by excessive right swiping.

I know better, but loneliness had me in it’s clutches.

So I reached out to my philosopher friend who recommended a book:

The 5AM Club” by Robin Sharma.

The book was mid.

But it did inspire me to ask an important question:

How can I spend my first 30 minutes becoming more attractive?

Over the next 100 days, I devised the perfect morning routine.

Here’s what I did…

I became a digital ghost.

Imagine spending your mornings watching other men live out their dreams.

Sadly, young guys everywhere are ADDICTED.

I’ve been guilty of it too.

But it gets to a point where you have to resist the urge.

Why?

The first 30 minutes of your day determines everything.

Mood, behavior, actions…

So I always remind myself:

Do I want to feel amazing and radiate energy?

OR

Inject poison into my veins?

There’s really only one right answer here boys.

But if you’re having trouble getting your sh*t together…

Here’s what worked for me:

  1. Schedule a “first thing” morning activity

Most people lay in bed until there’s just enough time to get ready for work.

Give yourself a reason to rise.

For instance:

  • Read one page from a book of inspiration quotes
  • Journal your plans, dreams, and thoughts

2. Drain your phone battery

This sounds a little taboo, but hear me out.

You can’t use your phone if it’s already dead, right?

So instead of charging your phone overnight, feed it when you wake up.

The inbox can wait another 30 minutes.

No attractive morning routine starts with technological servitude.

I moved to Iceland.

I recently saw a documentary about this Dutch dude who’s able to withstand extraordinary frost.

His name is Wim Hof.

The man is insane in the best way.

Essentially, he’s trained himself to withstand levels of cold that baffle even the most learned scientists.

How does this apply to us?

Two words.

Cold showers.

Mentally, this puts you in the mode to overcome fears.

It’s discomfort training in it’s purest form.

At first — you’re gonna hate it.

But when you’re effortlessly chatting up strangers, it becomes invigorating.

I peeped the vision.

Plain jane meditation is great and all…

But to become MAGNETIC —

Use first person visualization.

This is where you imagine yourself in your final form from the first person.

For example:

Imagine yourself waking up shirtless with your six pack popping out.

Drape your body in fly sh*t only.

Groom your majestic beard to accentuate your chiseled jaw.

You’re calm and confident.

Guess what?

Within the first 30 days, you’ll find yourself adopting key behaviors.

How?

First person visualization is a powerful way to signal your subconscious —

“Let’s replicate this image.”

So if you see yourself as an attractive man — you become it.

I put a library in my pocket

My motivation levels get lifted daily with one simple habit…

Self-development audiobook for 10 minutes.

No excuses.

If you’re short on time here, switch out the autotune for education in the ride.

This literally turns your spaceship into an Ivy League on wheels.

Some classics I recommend for attraction include…

  • Dating Essentials For Men” by Dr. Glover
  • Transurfing in 78 Days” by Vadim Zeland
  • Psychocybernetics” by Dr. Maltz

These have all magnified my desirability as a man by 10x.

I started going deeper.

Ask yourself this question before you jump out the door…

What is the most important thing I want to get done today?

Go HAM at the gym?
Enter some new digits into your phone?

It doesn’t matter if it’s the same goal everyday for two seasons.

ALWAYS leave with a plan in mind.

I use habit tracker app to hold myself accountable.

It’s kept me consistent for more than 100 days.

And now…

I’m more confident and attractive than ever.

Result?

Let’s just say she was back in my DMs by halftime.
