It's Going To Be Difficult. But You Can Do It.

After another lonely year I was faced with a decision…

Keep making the same mistakes and pray for different results.

Or finally take control of my life.

At 27 — I decided to divorce the chronically afraid skinny fat version of myself.

He was officially dead to me.

If your actions aren’t pushing you towards the life you want…

What are you really doing anyways?

Let yourself win.

Here’s how…

HABIT # 1 | construct your body

People who claim that physical appearance doesn’t matter…

They’re lying to you.

Nobody gave me the time of day when I was an out of shape pedestrian.

Getting seated in the back of the restaurant was routine.

Now as a fit gentleman…

I pull up to the lobby and let the hard work do the talking.

It’s night and day.

Your external is a prerequisite for attraction in the modern world.

So if you want an abundance of options (which is helpful for choosing who you might want to spend the rest of your life with)…

Get aesthetic.

How?

I could write a PhD dissertation on the art of fitness at this point…

But the 80/20 is this:

  • Follow a weightlifting split
  • Progressive overload
  • Eat your body weight in grams protein

It’s incredibly simple, but most men give up when they don’t see progress in the first few weeks.

That’s where you edge them out.

Keep going.

HABIT # 2 | self-education

You make a choice everyday.

Pick up the phone and sink hours of your life into a band-aid for loneliness…

Or educate yourself on how to actually SOLVE your problems.

No judgment — because I know it’s difficult.

Internet addiction used to be my preferred cope for unhappiness too.

But if all you do is restructure the way you consume content…

Life changes.

Listen to 30 minutes of a self-improvement audiobook everyday.

Use ChatGPT as a tool to track your progress.

In one year you’ll have applied more than 180 hours of knowledge.

More importantly…

You’ll develop the tools to get what you want.

HABIT # 3 | social approach

Like most young introverts…

The thought of asking a woman out gyrated my stomach.

I’ve missed out on core memories just because I was petrified of possibly hearing four words…

“I have a boyfriend.”

All good — because the losses make you realize something.

Social courage is a muscle that requires practice.

Just like hitting the gym.

So attend group activities REGULARLY to keep the blood flowing...

  • Latin dance
  • Hiking groups
  • Language exchanges

You can also expedite the fear removal process by purposely getting rejected.

For example, ask a woman out to Taco Bell while draped in the worst outfit you can put together.

Everything is temporary.

And as a man who is in constant development of himself — it’s her loss anyways.

HABIT # 4 | compound interest

Sadly, you can’t overnight your new life on Amazon Prime.

But as long as you’re consistently improving…

Success is guaranteed.

One year changes your luck.

Five years puts you in a place you never could imagine.

That’s the power of compounding.

So keep investing in yourself everyday…

No more regrets.
