Men, before you waste your 20s…read this

It doesn’t come twice
Life’s gains are eventually realized over time.
One hour a day builds the body, relationship, empire…
Just one.
The sooner you start, the more likely your chance of success.
No matter what society like to posture…
Certain truths are unavoidable.
Apply them and you’ll be a football playing king in space before 30.
Jokes aside…
This is how NOT to waste your 20s —

# 1 | TRAINING
Work-life balance is a real thing.
But it’s all relative.
Just ask a resident at your local hospital.
Or your parents who grinded day and night to provide.
In a competitive world…
Life requires hard work.
There’s no way around it.
Consider this:
It takes 1 hour to scroll through your Reddit feed.
It also takes 1 hour to clear a high-intensity workout.
Which one brings you closer to your goals?
And really —
Front load your day, and you’ll have ample time to rewatch Master of None anyways.
Now…
Use two steps to maximize your days:
- Understand your goals
- Perform high-yield actions
For example:
I want to be fluent in Spanish.
HY Actions:
Audio 20 minutes daily
Online class every Friday
Apply and iterate.

#2 | ZONES
The wise old saying:
“Get out of your comfort zone.”
It’s true.
But it’s also like telling someone who thinks they’re having an aneurysm to relax.
The real question is:
How do you make escaping the comfort zone LESS uncomfortable?
Being Mindset Society…
Here are some mindset tips:
- Convert nervous energy to excitement
- Think confidence, act quickly
- Perceive tasks as skill building (like Runescape)
Sure, you’re not going to start off level 100.
But once you overcome the initial learning curve —
You automatically WIN.
Why?
The power of numbers.
Here’s an example:
Take cold-approaching strangers.
Scary AF, right?
But do it once…
And you can do it 1000 times.
With each trial and error, social skills improve.
Meaning…
Even if you start off as the most awkward person in the multiverse—
Your hotline ends up flooded with digits.
Keep pushing.
It’s never been easier to be exceptional, all it takes is discipline and repetition.

# 3 | TRAVEL
I know…
“How do you travel and grind at the same time?”
You don’t.
Instead…
Employ the seasonal model of living.
Basically —
Focus on your craft and build.
Then spend a few weeks (or months) traveling.
Surprisingly…
I always return more motivated to get it after a trip abroad.
Something about accents I guess.
During these periods, practice:
- Reading
- Writing
- Socialization
These skills enrich your life with each passing year.
Apply them, and your 20s are far from wasted.
