My 7AM Aesthetic Morning Routine

30 minutes for the rest of your day
Your day’s success is decided within the first 30 minutes.
Why?
Morning action primes your mind for the path ahead.
Kickstart your day with brainrot…
And it’s going to end up that way.
So instead —
Set the stage for peace and self-improvement.
If your goal is to boss up your life…
Let’s get it.

# 1 | MEDITATION
Doesn’t sound too aesthetic, right?
On the contrary, this is THE most important step.
For the first 10 minutes of your day…
Sit down on your bedroom floor, and breathe.
Why?
A calm mind is a focused mind.
A focused mind is unstoppable.
The benefits are countless.
Your prefrontal cortex essentially takes a limitless pill while your cortisol levels hit all time lows.
In other words…
If you want to resist the spell of fast food and actually hit your fitness goals:
Start by doing practically nothing.
AKA meditation.
You don’t have to take my word for it.
Check out the “Willpower Instinct” by Kelly McGonigal, PhD.
It’s a 7 day read to shift your whole timeline.

# 2 | JOURNALISM
After opening your third-eye for a soft 10 or so…
Take 60 seconds to jot down a few gratitudes.
It’s Thanksgiving everyday on this side.
Don’t overthink it.
You could appreciate a working set of extremities.
Or season 3 of Impractical Jokers.
It’s all correct.
Our factory setting as humans is pessimism.
After all, this helped us survive cold nights in the savannah.
But with a daily gratitude practice —
You’ll notice the shift to optimism.
This indirectly lets you take greater risks, like asking out the Dunkin barista to Starbucks.

# 3 | WASH
Next step —
Hop in the shower, and crank the dial to frost.
“But aren’t cold showers broscience?”
Honestly, they might be.
BUT…
I can’t deny the difference it’s made for my skin.
Hot water causes skin to dry out and appear dull.
Cold showers + skincare routine = the way
This is what my regimen looks like:
- Mild cleanser
- Active
- Moisturizer or sunscreen (SPF 30)
Simplicity is key.
Let’s proceed to the drip factory…

# 4 | DRESSED
Luckily for men, getting ready is relatively easy.
Here’s a quick checklist to make sure you’re on point:
- Comb hair
- Shave / beard brush
- Delete unibrow
I prefer natural products like aloe vera or almond oil for styling.
Now for the fits…
My work days consist of similar outfits (that still look aesthetic) to save on decision time.
Usually, this looks like a nice button up with tapered chinos.
Here are some other tips:
- Fitted clothes (no supersized 1990s pants)
- Accessories to add edge (watch, bracelet, ring, etc…)
- Colors that suit your skin tone (or go monochrome)
Experiment to find your style, and have fun.

# 5 | EATS
Serving up the most important meal of the day…
Breakfast.
Decisions here can make or break your game plan.
For example —
If you’re going chocolate muffins ft. pancakes drowned in syrup…
50/50 you’re not going to feel too *aesthetic* in an hour.
Hard choices, easy life.
Here’s what I’ve trained myself to eat in the AM:
Almonds, eggs, toast, blueberries, and green tea.
Essentially…
Choose foods that achieve your long-term goals, whether it’s gaining muscle or aging at snail speeds.
It’s carpe diem time.
