The 5 Habits of Highly Attractive Men

Enter the 1%…
It’s a shame.
Social media has us convinced that we all need Ferraris to become attractive.
But the hard truth is…
It’s really quite simple.
Become healthy AF.
Survival of the fittest — literally.
I feel brand new after implementing these habits.
Here’s what I did…

# 1 | HIT THE GYM
This is the pillar that holds up the leaning tower.
If we’re talking Pareto’s…
80% of your outward appearance is a solid physique.
A great body is not only physically attractive, it shows that you’re a man of discipline and hard-work.
Double tap galore.
So…how do you “gym” correctly?
Truthfully — just show up.
There’s dozens of different techniques and approaches to putting mass and shaving off fat.
But none of that matters if you’re MIA.
Start off small, and work your way up to 3–4x/week.
Sure — some days you’ll feel like total caca.
Show up for 20 minutes, leave to go play Flappy Bird.
It doesn’t matter.
The habit of going to the gym is like buying Apple in 2002.
Success is imminent.

# 2 | CLEAN EATS
This is really part deux to gym life.
A protein-dense diet is an essential for muscle growth.
The thing is…
You already know what and what not to eat.
It’s not rocket science.
Fast food every week isn’t going to build a 6 pack of steel, right?
So why do so many of us struggle with eating clean?
It’s more of a mental game than anything.
The “Willpower Instinct” by Kelly McGonigal goes into detail about this.
My takeaway?
- Eliminate “good vs bad” judgements
- Focus at the task at hand
- Keep your eye on the endgame
Not punishing yourself with “wins” and “failures” is important.
For example…
When you order a Caesar salad at O. Gardens, don’t “reward” yourself with two dozen breadsticks.
And if you accidently eat lots of breadsticks, cut the loop right there.
Don’t continue the week in defeat.
In a nutshell…
Focus on the tasks that achieve your goal without mentally assigning values.

# 3 | SKINCARE
Skincare can be difficult to lock down, since trial and error is involved.
Consistency is key — but only after you found the right regimen.
Why?
Some products can actually worsen your glow up.
Start with the basics
Here’s what I use:
- Cleanser
- Active
- Sunscreen / Moisturizer
Keep your regimen simple, and experiment with only one at a time.
By the way —
Active is short for active ingredients.
This is an important step, and there’s a lot of different options out there.
Consider your skin goals, then consult with a professional.
It’s worth it.

# 4 | GROOMING
I’m gonna make a confession…
Back when I was a brokie college student, I used to get my cuts every 3 months at GreatClips.
Now that I have a little blue cheese…
I go to a proper barber shop.
What a difference.
I highly recommend finding a local barber that spends AT LEAST 30 minutes fixing up your head top.
Another grooming tip for my guys…
Electric razor.
Try out a stubble or trimmed beard look instead of going full naked.
It makes your face more defined and adds a layer of handsome.

# 5 | FRESH FITS
Constantly refine your wardrobe for an attractive style.
How?
- Consider your age and environment
- Buy quality fits for each part of your life (work, gym, dating)
For example…
Now that I’m in my late 20s, I opt for a more classic look rather than dripped out hypebeast.
Check this out for more detail:

I go classic because it’s universally appealing, but niching is not necessarily a bad thing.
In other words…
Want to attract professional women — Dress like a professional.
Want artsy women? — Dress artsy.
A good trick to always dress well?
Reduce decision fatigue.
Big Zuck allegedly wears the same grey tee everyday.
You can do the same, but maybe reach for the linen button up instead.
