The 60 Minute Morning Routine For Men

A while ago I found myself rejected by this Selena Gomez lookalike at the gym. 

It took me weeks of courage and small talk…

All for it to come crashing down with an “I’m busy.” 

And she was. 

With one of my brothers from the gym. 

I couldn’t hate, but it made me think…

What does it take? 

I began to take a closer look at my schedule. 

The answer? 

While other men were using their early hours to be attractive…

Mine were spent laying in bed scrolling NSFW subreddits. 

Fantasizing about a sweeter place. 

I was done with it. 

So here’s what I did…

log out. 

If you’re ruining your mornings mainlining pixels…

You won’t make it far. 

And I understand the struggle. 

For months I would “quit scrolling FOREVER,” only to be back by Sunday. 

Reddit, Instagram, YouTube…

You name it. 

I was on all of the sh*ts. 

Until I did two things…

  • Hide my phone in a backpack deep in my closet every night  
  • Realize that scrolling is for losers 

This takes advantage of a principle from “Atomic Habits” by James Clear — make it difficult. 

The goal is to create as much physical and mental friction between you & the phone as possible. 

Go 60 minutes without screen time…

Now you’ve reclaimed your mornings. 

get fresh. 

Most guys doing the bare minimum are mystified about their lack of dating prospects. 

It’s not 1969 anymore bro. 

We’re in a new landscape. 

Attractive men understand this and groom themselves faithfully…

  • Cold shower + skincare 
  • Timed electric toothbrush + floss 
  • Sunscreen (at least SPF 30) 
  • Comb hair with an oil spray of your choice 
  • Adjustable beard trimmer (7–10mm is my essence) 

It takes less than 30 minutes.

Don’t forget…

Style is critical. 

Dress like you’re meeting the woman of your dreams. 

Because soon —  you will.

find yourself. 

Your mind is the gateway to infinity. 

Once I changed my thinking…

Calm, confidence, and abundance aligned. 

Unfortunately, most of us are never taught how to assess our internal state. 

Here’s how to start…

  • Take a seated position on floor 
  • Observe your thoughts for 5 minutes 
  • Focus on your breathing 

Finish by envisioning your desired form and lifestyle. 

This is a powerful signal to your subconscious to prioritize the habits that bring you closer to the goal image. 

Think it into existence. 

plan one. 

I spend 60 seconds identifying the one activity I’m stoked about for the day. 

It could be a romantic bachata night or heavy metal day at the gym — 

But it has to be EXCITING enough to rock you out of bed. 

Ideally, the activity makes you peak attractive instead of just straining your vision.

Do this Monday to Sunday. 

It’s a mistake to flush down 70% of your life waiting for the weekend. 

Try new. 

Explore. 

nightfall. 

People forget…

Your morning routine starts before you even wake up. 

Because if you’re doomscrolling until 2AM…

Not even Robin Sharma can save you. 

For most guys — the solution is throwing that phone away. 

  • Read a non-fiction book
  • Socialize  
  • Practice an instrument 
  • Journal or planning 

So take this 90 day challenge with me. 

Tuck the screens away by 9PM every night.
