The 7 Habits Of Highly Attractive Men

Why are so many young men today exiting the dating pool?

Well, the problem isn’t a supply side issue.

It’s demand.

Online dating has shifted the dynamic completely.

And most guys are one dry spell away from declaring involuntary monkhood.

Here’s the good news:

Highly attractive men will always be sought after.

Just like a Harvard MBA back on the market.

So how do you become a highly attractive man?

Once you adjust your environment and get the habits down, it’s actually pretty simple.

Here’s what I did…

It’s completely free & allows me to focus my time on doing what matters — helping you become undeniably attractive.

# 1 | GYM SESSIONS

Think of the most attractive female actress of all time…

If you’re a man of culture, it’s probably Megan Fox or Scarlett Johansson.

But in any case —

She has a nice body, right?

It’s not any different for us men bro.

Even if women are slightly less visual — THEY STILL CARE.

So…

Your top priority is to build a *piping* hot physique.

Put your whole soul into this.

Here are the essentials:

  • Enroll in a 24/7 gym (no excuses)
  • Lift 3–4x/week CONSISTENTLY
  • Complete each workout with perfect form
  • Record your progress in the Notes app

Yes, this is going to require some big boy sacrifices.

No more TikTok scrollathons.

No more “Love Island” binges.

Get in there.

After about 60 days, the habit forms and fitness becomes a second skin.

# 2 | YOUR KITCHEN

When I was first starting my fitness journey…

My progress was painfully slow.

I badly wanted to throw in the towel and return to spanking the dragon in my lair.

But instead — I asked my jacked friend for advice.

Here’s what he inquired:

“Broo, what are you feeding the gains with bro?”

A quick Google translate showed me that he was asking about my nutrition.

And he was right — my diet was sh*t tier.

Here’s what I learned:

  • Avoid processed fake foods
  • Get about 0.9–1.0g protein per pound
  • Caloric surplus for bulking or caloric deficit for cutting

Cook most of your meals at home.

Personally, I’m a busy man so I chef up with an instant pot.

It gets the job done.

But if you do eat out, stick to clean eats instead of the Wendy’s drive thru.

You’ll adjust sooner than you think.

# 3 | SKINCARE

For most of my early 20s, I struggled with maintaining smooth skin.

Sh*t was like the Himalayas.

And it took me a few years…

But I figured out the most important micro habits for glass skin:

  • Skincare regimen (cleanser + sunscreen is a must)
  • Cold showers
  • Hydration (water not tequila shots)
  • Cardio + sunlight

Don’t go crazy with the products either bro.

Most of them are designed to clear your piggy and not the face.

Simple and consistent.

Skincare is especially important because it influences your self-image.

So put in a little extra for that unspoken glow.

# 4 | STYLED

Always dress like you’re going somewhere important.

It doesn’t matter if it’s Chipotle or the Met Gala.

Like Arnie would say — dress with panache.

A few of my dates have told me that the big 3 of fashion are…

  1. Shoes
  2. Fitting
  3. Wrist

This is what women notice about a man when he walks into the room (other than body language).

So what’s the dress code?

Now that I’m pushing 30, I opt for nice accessories on a classy fit.

My casual go-to fit is…

  • A pair of all white sneakers
  • Zara slim fit chinos
  • Long sleeve Oxford (generously unbuttoned)
  • Leather band watch + silver tungsten ring

No draws (just kidding, maybe).

During the winter months, I’ll throw on a nice bomber or collared jacket.

Look for high-quality basics instead of buying 30 different Temu shirts.

Minimalism

And by the way…

Baggy aesthetic retired in 1997.

Unless you have a mixtape coming out on Datpiff —

Please avoid.

# 5 | BARBER CUTS

Unpopular opinion…

As long as find a compatible barber, it doesn’t matter if you get your hair cut at GreatClips or the Dubai Marina.

The effect evens out in about ~7 days anyways.

What’s more important is the frequency and style of your cuts.

I recommend short cropped hair (cut every 2–4 weeks).

Why?

Short hair oozes a strong and masculine essence.

Especially if you weren’t gifted with the infinite hair glitch.

Also…

A well-trimmed beard adds symmetry to your face, which is highly attractive.

Just make sure to clean up the neck zone frequently.

# 6 | SCENTED

I didn’t realize the power of smell until I started taking salsa classes and saw the magnetic effects of my aroma.

Smell is HIGHLY tied to memory and emotion.

Crazy right?

Anyways — there’s two camps on this phenomenon:

  1. Rawdoggers (pheromones only)
  2. Light spritz club

I’m with team one.

Nature knows what it’s doing.

Although a valley girl who works in fragrance did tell me that Dior Savage is “way yummy.”

So my advice?

On those long days, it’s probably better to smell like Johnny Depp than a pile of pampers.

# 7 | PASSIONATE

You know what’s unattractive bro?

Having no purpose.

A man must make his passion his priority.

It doesn’t matter what it is —

Traveling the world, building a business, learning scuba…

Just always be working towards a goal.

Women don’t choose the guy who texts nonstop and orbits all day.

She wants the man who’s excited about HIS LIFE.

Do something.

And attraction aside — this is the best way to enjoy your time here.

Chase it.
