The 7 Laws of Physical Attraction

The 7 Laws of Physical Attraction

Become irresistible

It’s no secret…

In today’s dating world — being unattractive crashes your options.

At the very least, the ghosting makes you feel invisible.

But contrary to popular opinion…

Anyone can maximize their appearance.

It’s all about developing the RIGHT habits.

Ready to change?

Here’s how to elevate yourself to the major leagues…

LAW # 1 | GYM GRIND

I started my fitness journey in my junior year of college.

After a year of consistent lifting…

Guess what?

I was still the noodle arm guy.

For years, I blamed my metabolism, genetics, whatever.

But really — my TRAINING was dogsh!t.

I cracked the code years later.

Here are the essentials:

  1. Train 3–4x/week
  2. Optimal protein intake
  3. Progressive overload

The last step is where most men fail.

Progressive overload requires slowly increasing the intensity of your lifts.

Without this, no gains are made.

Other factors:

  • Time over tension
  • Training until failure

In a nutshell, don’t speedrun through your workouts.

Give it your all.

LAW # 2 | CLEAN EATS

This is part deux of the fitness duo.

Without a clean diet, you can kiss your aesthetic dreams goodnight.

And not going to lie —

Outside of select countries, most of the food out there is greased up.

So here’s what I do:

  • Cook at home
  • Avoid processed foods like the plague

Keep eating out to a minimum, but the occasional footlong is understandable.

If you’re lifting hard, hit your proteins:

Egg whites, salmon, chia seeds, lentils, beans, greek yogurt, nut butters, etc.

For me, it’s easier to eat the same meals every day.

Sacrifices for the V cut.

LAW # 3 | SKINCARE

One of the more interesting glow ups this year has been Big Zuck.

AKA Sir Zuckerberg.

Yes, he’s added some bling into his wardrobe.

BUT…

People forget the difference skincare makes.

Great skin exudes vitality.

Although I’m not sure what Zuck’s secret is…

Here’s a regimen that works well for me:

Mild cleanser
Active
Moisturizer / SPF 30 sunscreen

Personally, I keep my skincare as minimal as possible.

Never made sense to lather up my pores with a chemical salad.

And don’t forget the SUNSCREEN.

It’s the closest we’ll get to the fountain of youth.

LAW # 4 | FRESH THREADS

Dress code changes your aura.

There’s two routes you can take here:

  1. Dress for your niche
  2. Go traditional

Let’s break them down…

NICHE

Consider the type of woman you want to attract…

Then style accordingly.

For example:

Want to attract preppy women that work in finance?

Dress like it.

Basically — optimize your essence for the desired vibes.

TRADITIONAL

If you have successfully reached 25 years of age…

Please tuck away the graphic tees and baggy sweatpants.

I know it’s “casual drip…”

But dressing like a pedestrian isn’t going to give attractive.

Add panache.

Here’s my universally loved look:

  • Collared shirt, slightly unbuttoned
  • Black, blue, or tan pants
  • Clean white shoes
  • Leather band watch

The fitting is the most important part.

Also…

If you wear glasses, experiment with different styles, or just get prescription sunglasses.

Have fun with it.

LAW # 5 | SOCIALS

I’ve had moments where I looked homeless, but still ended up scoring.

Why?

Social confidence.

I know this is out of the physical zone, but it’s essential for attraction.

Learn to express confidence —

  • Eye contact
  • Listen
  • Open body language
  • Low and slow voice

Practice these 4 behaviors for 80% of the benefit.

Also…

Move to an city that offers easy socialization.

I have nothing against the Nebraskas of the world…

But after living in dozens of places — location matters.

LAW # 6 | GO OUTSIDE

Which one is more attractive?

A chronically online keyboard warrior.

VS.

A traveler who cooks paella and speaks 3 languages.

I’ve been both.

It’s not rocket surgery.

If you want to be seen as someone attractive…

Do attractive things.

Essentially —

Exit your comfort zone and push your limits.

Here are some hobby ideas:

  • Fitness (MMA, surfing, rock climbing)
  • Creative (cooking, guitar, painting)
  • Social (salsa, languages, hosteling)

Pick your favorites — ideally something from each section.

LAW # 7 | TRAINED HABITS

Here’s a cold truth my comrade…

There’s a 97% chance that you’re living an unrealized version of yourself.

And changing that will be harder than eating a bowl of nails for breakfast.

Why?

Most of us have addicted ourselves to useless habits to avoid the pain of labor.

Scrolling, watching, procrastinating…

The good news?

If you’ve trained yourself to scroll on TikTok until 2AM…

You can train yourself to sleep by 10 and start by 6.

All it takes is the initial discipline.

Now enough debating—

Go.
