The 7 Simple Habits of Highly Attractive Men

So yesterday I was talking to my friend about the most attractive habits. 

He’s pretty down bad in the dating realm right now. 

Like “Drake and Driving” level bad. 

But to cut him some Slack…

He’s also working two jobs to clear his student loans. 

So time is limited. 

Now after discovering “Atomic Habits” by James Clear a few years ago…

I’ve been obsessed with prioritizing the “right” habits.

Nothing that requires a cold plunge into Saratoga water.  

Just simple, attractive habits for every man. 

Here’s what I’ve done…

HABIT # 1 | MEDITATION

How does meditation make you more attractive? 

Consider this:

If your mindset is filled with self-doubt…

None of this actually works. 

You’ll be limiting yourself even after you’re objectively good-looking. 

And I know…

Everyone and their mom yaps about meditation, but never does it. 

Here’s a secret: 

Meditation doesn’t require sitting in a bat cave for hours a day. 

Because IRL, we can’t quit our jobs and move to Tibet. 

Do this instead — 

7-10 minutes of breath meditation after you shower. 

That’s it. 

This is enough to increase your focus and organize your thoughts. 

HABIT # 2 | NO SCROLL

My old excuse for spending hours on Reddit or YouTube was the classic: 

“I worked hard. This is my downtime.” 

But in reality — I was just a dopamine baby. 

There’s a dozen other ways to relax while also improving your life.

Here’s five: 

  • Call up your best friend  
  • Stroll outside 
  • Read or listen to an audiobook 
  • Play an instrument
  • Journal on gratitude or your goals 

After all…

What has scrolling ever done for you? 

HABIT # 3 | NO GOON

Men are motivated by what they lack. 

If you’re exiled to a barren desert for 3 days…

Guarantee you’ll be organizing a “Talledega Nights” mukbang for your return. 

The same rule applies to attraction. 

If you’re zapping away your libido on OF girls…

What happens to your motivation to take risks in the real world?

It disappears. 

So quit draining your chi on pixelated fantasies bro.  

Remove the triggers.

This means staying off social media too (basically softcore these days). 

About two weeks in — you’ll SEE the difference. 

HABIT # 4 | SELF-INVESTMENT 

Never be afraid to invest in yourself. 

Personally, I put aside $200 every month for education, whether that’s books or courses. 

It’s not always a hit. 

But the RIGHT book at the right time is life-changing: 

  • Letters from a Stoic” by Seneca 
  • Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rubin
  • Creative Act” by Rick Rubin

Tap into the generations of knowledge out there. 

HABIT # 5 | EXERCISE 

Look at the schedule of any attractive man, and you’ll find a dedication towards fitness.

Lifting, cardio, mobility…

Because let’s keep it real. 

You WANT to be the main character she swoons over. 

Not the comic-relief sidekick.

So to web yourself up a Zendaya…

  • Lift weights 3–4x/week 
  • Low impact cardio  
  • Stretching (injury prevention) 

And as long as you’re supplementing with a clean diet…

The hot body is less than a year away. 

HABIT # 6 | DEEP SLEEP  

Zombies aren’t attractive.

I used to be a nocturnal animal too, because it was the only time I could relax in peace. 

But it came at the expense of my energy and recovery. 

So how did I change?

Anti-scroll lifestyle. 

Once I switched from colorful YT videos to a paper book…

I’d knock out in minutes. 

Other tips: 

  • Dim yellow lightening
  • Hot shower 
  • Semi cold room 

But the biggest one is definitely putting the phone on airplane. 

HABIT # 7 | SOCIAL  

As an adult, meeting potential flames outside of the Big 3 apps is tough. 

So to expand your social circle…

Deliberately exit the comfort zone. 

The easiest way to do this is by joining groups: 

  • Public speaking 
  • Latin dance 
  • Hiking meetups 

I’ve had the most success with salsa classes. 

But anything that lets you interact on a regular basis.
