The Morning Routine of Highly Attractive Men

So yesterday I was chatting with my Buddhist friend about morning routines…
He starts his day at 4AM.
Practices yoga, deep meditation, and prayer before the sun rises.
At 7AM — he drinks a cup of green tea and leaves for work.
Meanwhile…
I’m pounding the snooze button on my poor alarm clock every 15 minutes.
Retreating under the covers.
And this is AFTER years of self-improvement.
To be fair —
I have no intention of shaving my head and moving to Tibet.
But I thought to myself…
How can we optimize our morning routines as highly attractive men?
Here’s what I learned…

HABIT # 1 | SKINCARE
Your skin is an external sign of your overall health.
Women notice this.
They’re naturally drawn to the man with a glowing profile.
Now I used to struggle here.
My facial tragedies remained unsolved into my deep 20s…
Until I stripped my regimen down to the basics:
- Mild cleanser
- SPF 30 sunscreen
Also…
Shower right after the gym
No touching of the face
7K steps daily (lowers cortisol)
After a few years of disciplined application, women nearly gasp when I tell them I’m pushing 30.
The best part?
No more breakouts.

HABIT # 2 | CLEAN EATS
Attractive men don’t start their sacred hours with Pop Tarts.
Your body is more than just a temple…
It’s your source of confidence and dating options.
Cherish it.
An aesthetic build is born in the kitchen.
Here’s what I do to complement the lifestyle:
- High protein breakfast
- Tall glass of water
- Black coffee or green tea (antioxidants)
Most importantly — skip the fake foods.

HABIT # 3 | MEDITATION
My monk friend told me something that stuck with me…
“Reality is simply a reflection of your thoughts.”
It’s true.
But how do you turn the philosophy into meaningful action?
Here’s what I realized.
When you rewire your brain to see YOURSELF as the highly attractive man…
Your behaviors follow suit.
How?
Imagine yourself in a scenario where you’re moving with confidence.
Pay close attention to how you behave.
Repeat to yourself the qualities you want to seed.
“I am a calm & charming man”
Over time — your behaviors change to reflect the self-image.

HABIT # 4 | REFLECTIONS
There is infinite wisdom out there.
But you won’t find it scrolling on TikTok.
Choose to read non-fiction.
Just this morning, I read one line from Marcus that inspired me to break ice with this baddie at the gym…
“Death smiles at us all, but all a man can do is smile back.”
If we all eventually turn into dust — why fear?
Every morning is an opportunity to break the status quo.
Use it wisely.

HABIT # 5 | DND
Of course, none of this is possible without waking up early enough to take action.
Here’s a secret…
Set your bedtime instead of your rise time.
Also — avoid your phone before bed AND first thing in the morning.
I went savage mode on this because I was properly addicted.
How?
I internalized the belief that Reddit and Corn were exclusively for losers.
That if I continued them, my prime years would be washed away in digital fantasy.
Harsh?
I’ve done the app blockers.
But like a fiend, I would rationalize and bypass my settings without fail.
This mindset shift was the ONLY thing that worked.
And I was blessed with a priceless gift in return…
Time.
