The Morning Routine That Makes You Attractive

The Morning Routine That Makes You Attractive

So last month I started a new morning routine after reading the “5AM Club” by Robin Sharma…

My goal was simple.

Become objectively more attractive in 30 days.

Maybe not the intended takeaway from the book —

But dude.

I wish I started this 10 years ago.

Our mornings are the most sacred hours of the day.

Scrolling it away is like desecrating a temple.

I’ve narrowed down the perfect routine to 5 effective habits.

And you don’t even need to be unemployed to do them.

Here’s what I learned…

# 1 | VISUALIZE IT

My best friend showed me this months ago.

But thinking it was on some hippy dippy sh*t…

I didn’t start until now.

My bad.

It’s called first person visualization.

This is where you picture yourself accomplish your goals in the first person.

Meaning…

Instead asking out your crush in your head like it’s a movie…

Do it from your POV.

It’s like mantras on steroids.

Why?

When you see yourself as royalty every morning, your subconscious takes that signal and applies it to your actions.

Here’s my process:

  1. Wake up
  2. Sit on the ground
  3. Mentally complete my day in gigachad mode

I visualize myself getting ready every morning with great panache.

I conversate with attractive strangers every time I go out.

And guess what?

It actually happens.

Try it out (it’s free).

I promise you’ll be commenting back here in a week.

# 2 | GARY’S WAY

What you eat for breakfast impacts your energy for the entire day.

So if you’re feeling bloated AF by noon — it’s time to switch things up.

Reality check.

Scarfing down 30 superfoods in one sitting is not sustainable.

Just avoid the trash.

Here’s a rundown:

  • Avoid heavy carbs in the morning
  • Trade in the pumpkin spice frappuccino for coffee
  • Clean proteins over bagged food

I typically consume eggs or egg whites with a handful of almonds.

Some other healthy choices:

Greek yogurt, berries, whole wheat toast, avocado, oats

# 3 | GRIND TIME

An aesthetic physique is mandatory for an attractive man.

It’s more than just physical.

Your body signals health, discipline, and pain tolerance.

These are all qualities that women look for in their partners.

There’s two parts to gym life:

  1. Solid routine
  2. Going

If you’ve made zero progress since your last resolutions…

Guaranteed you’re slacking on one of these.

Here’s the solution —

For muscle growth, ensure these 3 bodybuilding principles:

  1. Sufficient stimulus
  2. Rest
  3. Nutrition

This is my actual routine:

Day 1: Biceps/Shoulders/Legs
Day 2: Active Recovery
Day 3: Chest/Triceps/Back
Day 4: Active Recovery
Repeat Day 1

I lift every other day.

Cardio or abs on active recovery days.

Why?

This maximizes muscle growth while providing adequate rest.

Also.

Apply progressive overload.

Essentially, increase the weight, repetitions, or intensity of your lifts every month.

For nutrition —

Eat between 0.9–1.0g of protein per pound of body weight.

That’s it.

Now if you work tragic hours or feel “too busy” to hit the gym…

Stick to a 3 day/week workout plan.

Slow motion over no motion.

# 4 | DRIP DRIP

I used to think that cold showers were only for those indoctrinated by the university of bro science.

Until I realized something…

Taking cold showers isn’t about perfect skin or boosting T levels.

It’s discomfort training.

Attractive men make hard decisions.

Asking out the most beautiful woman in your building is not going to be a walk in the park.

It takes THAT energy.

Cold showers put you into the mindset of conquering fears.

It trains you to routinely trade in comfort for discomfort.

So even if there’s no benefits other than mental fortitude…

Do it.

# 5 | SILENT HOUR

Of course, none of this is possible if you’re chocking chicken at sunrise.

It’s not really your fault.

Our phones are designed to satiate us with dopamine snacks 24/7.

But if you’re spending 4 hours staring at pixels…

Guess what you’re not doing?

Living IRL.

To set yourself up right, exile any screen time for the first hour of your day.

No news.
No emails.
No social media.

Reclaim your time.

Here’s what works for me:

  • Turn the phone OFF before bed
  • Schedule an early morning activity (reading, meditation, yoga…)
  • Plan an enjoyable activity (making A-tier Columbian coffee)

Essentially…

Create real things to look forward to, and the scrolling spell vanishes.
