A few years ago I found myself waiting outside a crowded restaurant in Santa Monica.
I had a second date lined up with this gorgeous brunette who was studying kinesiology in college.
She was funny, kind, and loved traveling even more than I did.

All it does is show your lack of a life.
Also…
Raise your level of edge.
Pick up a skill that is the OPPOSITE of your current state.
For example, I turned myself from skinny bookworm to jacked philosopher.
The contrast is alluring.

I agree.
Social media is the worst invention of the 21st century.
But it’s not going anywhere.
People WILL assume your value based on superficial metrics like followers and curated photography.
Stupid?
Sure, but if you want to thrive in the social world…
Play social games.
Focus on these two for a rich romantic life:

When you meet someone new…
Give her your IG so that she can explore your essence after hours.
Your profile is worth 10,000 words.
The best accounts follow a general theme using high quality photos.
Travel spots, nice fits, road trips with the allies…
For dating apps —
Don’t use your own judgement.
No offense.
Most men just don’t understand how to use photos to give aesthetic.
So skip the mirror selfies.
Get one of your lady friends to take photos of you, or invest in a professional.
# 3 | the shift
After the Santa Monica incident, my friend shared an old quote with me…

Even the classical guys knew…
Neediness dissolves tension.
The fix?
Change your mindset.
Focus on your OWN mission.
Work on projects, build an empire, dedicate yourself.
You have to invite her into YOUR world when it fits YOUR schedule.
Not the other way around.
