Why 97% of Men Waste Their Prime Years

A few years ago on a dreary winter evening…
I viewed a monologue from a fictional character named Tyler Durden about a lost generation of men.
His words were true.
As I looked around my room, I thought to myself…
F*ck.
What am I doing with my life?
All I had to show for my decades of existence was a Netflix subscription and pending delivery from the Hut.
No women.
No prospects.
With my trajectory — there was a 100% chance of a lonely death.
Unless I started from scratch.
Nauseated by my poor decisions, I sold my few belongings and left for a city where I knew nobody.
Even my typically apathetic landlord was concerned by the sudden move.
But I knew it was now or never.
Here’s what happened…

# 1 | rebirth
For years I believed that my award-winning “niceness” would be the solution to my dating problems.
Turns out…
It’s an excellent way to waste your prime years.
Why?
Nobody wants nice.
Being too agreeable signals a lack of options and attachment to outcome, which is HIGHLY unattractive.
So I discovered a better philosophy.
Stop caring and get jacked.
Women are naturally drawn towards fitness because it displays qualities like drive and virility.
More importantly — there is no reason not to do it.
Although you might have valid excuses, society doesn’t care.
Rewards come once the job is done.

# 2 | cherish time
You don’t have to be an Inception fan to understand…
Time is the precious commodity.
But how many men willingly throw theirs away?
Spending on internet models who don’t know you exist.
Arguing on Reddit cesspools for virtue points.
All meaningless.
Here’s the good news…
This makes the bar for success low.
Break the addictions and you surpass 80% of the competition.
How?
Align time expenditure with your goals.
Attractive men…
- Lift weights + eat clean
- Work on their mission
- Meditate daily
It’s not complicated, especially when you fight tech with tech.
Screen time limits, anti-scroll apps like “one sec” (no sponsor), and dedicated devices to name a few.
Take back your focus.
You have nothing better to do than build your dream lifestyle.

# 3 | under the influence
Life is hard if you live in an environment dominated by mediocrity.
Sadly, too many men choose to reside in places filled with old triggers and little opportunity solely based on fear.
But if you’re not happy with your current situation…
Leave it.
What’s the risk?
Why finish a bad book when you can pick up a new one?
It’s the ultimate sunk fallacy cost.
Your prime only comes once.
And the power to win or lose is in your hands.
