Your Guide to Social Confidence and Charisma

Be sensational AF
It’s a shame.
As the screens take over…
Social isolation follows.
And the art of interaction is forgotten.
The solution?
It’s time for us to live IRL again.
Luckily…
Meeting new people is EASY.
Make friends or approach potential flames effortlessly.
How?
After some moonlighting as a crash dummy…
Here’s the method that’s pro maxxed my charisma —

# 1 | MIRROR
What do you see when you look in the mirror?
Hopefully, it’s handsome squidward energy.
Otherwise…
It’s time to shift your self-image.
The truth is…
You could learn 30 different social techniques today.
But they’re entirely useless if you can’t make first contact.
So how do you improve your self image?
- Mantras
- Memories
In other words…
Remind yourself that you ARE confident and capable.
Then remember when you actually HAVE been successful.
Of course, chanting “I’m Him” in the mirror at midnight isn’t going to metamorph you into Bradley Pitt.
So this next part is key…

# 2 | RED BUTTON
“Being nervous is sort of selfish sometimes, you know?” — Jessica (Rick & Morty)
Imagine this:
You’re waiting in line for an almond cappuccino at Coffee Bean…
Suddenly, you notice your college crush sitting across the room.
What do you do?
Here’s the honest answer for most:
Pretend scroll on your phone.
Quietly grab coffee.
Leave.
At least it was for me.
So how do you overcome the fear?
One thing I learned…
It’s HARD to get out of your head once the overthinking kicks in.
So…
Don’t think.
Anytime you come across someone you want to meet…
Push a mental “red button.”
Just act.

# 3 | GENUINE FLOW
Now once you get the conversation going…
Stop blabbing.
I know, sounds pretty contradictory.
But most of charisma is…
- Initiation
- Engaging questions
- Reflective listening
“But sir, what are the right questions?”
It’s whatever you’re genuinely interested in.
Why?
This is how to escape the overthinking trap.
Once you’re PRESENT—
Conversation flows naturally.

# 4 | VIBE
I know we said social techniques are overrated.
But they can be useful once you get the ball rolling.
Here are a few tips:
- Slow, relaxed movements
- Low tone of voice
- Eye contact
- Open body language
All of these give a CONFIDENT vibe.
Remember —
Socialize first, fine tune later.

# 5 | MOTION
The most important action…
Practice the exact situation that makes you nervous.
For example:
If chatting with attractive strangers at the bookstore gives you a butterfly tornado ...
Do that.
Why?
As you perfect your social skills, a feedback loop of success starts to form.
This is easier to recognize in familiar settings.
By the way…
You will “take Ls.”
No one cares.
Embrace the journey.
You’ll be the main character before you know it.
