How to be an attractive man

habit #5: niche down
Yes, looks aren’t everything.
But there’s no denying the power of aesthetics.
I mean —
Millions are made every day off image alone.
Actors, musicians, influencers…
And in our hyperconnected world —
That means the bar for “attractive” is set rather high.
Fortunately, it’s easy to play the game.
Here’s how…

# 1 | BUILT DIFFERENT
Sadly…
Most of us don’t have the luxury of being born with model grade features.
But no tears.
Hit the gym.
Fitness is EVERYTHING in the dating world.
Why?
A sculpted physique signals drive, discipline, and health.
All attractive.
So how do you actually build an aesthetic body?
Here’s all you need:
LIFT
Exercise 3–4 times a week.
Design your workouts so you’re hitting each muscle group twice a week.
This maximizes gains.
For example…
Day 1: Biceps, back, shoulders
Day 2: Rest / active recovery
Day 3: Chest, triceps, legs
Day 4: Rest / active recovery
REPEAT
Rest days can be spent playing Subway Surfer.
You earned it.
Or if you like, incorporate cardio or yoga stretches for overall health.
DIET
Nutrition is equally important.
This is where many men slip up.
But the theory is simple —
Want to gain muscle? — Caloric surplus
Want to lose fat? — Caloric deficit
Keep protein consistent, around 0.8–1.0g per pound of weight.
Here’s more on the eats…

# 2 | HEALTHY
My guy…
If you’re munching on Taki Takis everyday —
It’s going to show.
Inner health shapes your OUTER presence.
In other words…
Eat clean.
Anything that comes in a bag goes in the trash.
Focus on eating fresh, unprocessed, whole foods.
Here are some examples:
Avocados, nuts, beans, berries, lentils, leafy greens, salmon…
After incorporating these into my diet —
My skin, energy, and vibe have all elevated.

# 3 | BEARDED UP
Your new best friend…
The barber.
A haircut + well-kept beard is like makeup for men.
Why?
Pictures are worth a thousand words —
So take a look at these before & afters:
Pretty sensational, right?
Beards add symmetry to your face value, which is highly attractive.
And it doesn’t have to be a Rick Rubin beard.
Experiment a little.
Some tips to max out your hair game:
- Stick with one barber
- Consider your facial shape
- Natural shampoo 2x / week (more dries your hair out)
- Maintain your beard weekly with an electric razor
You’ll be looking Zeus in no time.

# 4 | CLOTH TALK
A little disclaimer before we begin…
Once you have the BODY —
Clothes don’t matter.
You can literally rock a trash bag as an aphrodisiac.
Until then…
Put effort into your dress code.
This sets you apart from the crowd.
So how do you find your style?
Pick a celebrity, friend, or fashion icon you admire.
Then mimic their style while adding your own flavor.
Here’s my preference:
- No baggy pants
- No joggers outside the gym
- Create a “V” with a nice button down
- Wear accessories that double as story pieces
- White or tan footwear
I like a euro classic look because it’s universally attractive.
More on that now…

# 5 | NICHE DOWN
Attraction is niche-dependent.
Meaning…
If your aesthetic is streetwear vamp king —
The Valley girls might not be so into you.
And vice versa.
In a nutshell…
Tailor your appearance to match the type of woman you want to attract.
For those picking a more “traditional” look—
Be sure to add edge.
Accessories / individuality
Break out of the dull NPC role.
Cheers.
