I started to study the habits that make certain men highly attractive.
After working through dozens of books and real-deal women advice…
I discovered 5 universal principles.

# 1 | PLANET RIPPED

Society doesn’t reward intention — only results.

No, he would be playing funny sidekick roles instead of Captain America.
So bro —
It’s super simple.
- Get into the best shape of your life
- Take pictures of your newly chiseled physique
- Win
Now, every man knows he SHOULD be hitting the gym.
But only a handful commit, while the rest are getting $30 deducted from their piggys every month.
So how do you actually sustain a healthy gym habit?
I had this question awhile ago, and found the answer while reading “Atomic Habits” by James Clear.
Use his 4th law — “Make It Satisfying.”
- Give yourself an immediate reward after finishing your workout (30 minutes of Netflix or your favorite protein bar)
- Use a habit tracker with a visible streak (I use Habitty for free)
- If you miss, return the following day without fail
After doing this for 30 days…
I was pretty much a gym fein.
I can’t stress this enough.
Pareto’s law confirms that hitting the gym is 80% of your desirability.
So do this one thing — and you’ll be in demand until the infinity wars.

# 2 | GOOD EATS
This is really part deux to the gym life.
So you might be wondering…
What’s the easiest way to eat fresh?
Stop buying junk food in the first place (and skip the footlongs).
No excuses.
Whatever you put in your cart eventually falls into your gut.
Here are a list of some foods rich in nutrition:
Nuts, Greek yogurt, Leafy greens, Berries, Chia seeds, Lentils, Beans, Whole wheat bread, Avocado, Quinoa, Salmon, Eggs
Once you’re hitting the gym consistently…
Ensure your protein.
This comes out to 0.9–1.0g of protein per pound of body weight.
In a nutshell —
Stick to whole, nutritious foods and avoid anything that comes in a colorful plastic bag.
You’ll be thanking yourself in 10 years when you look younger than the competition.

# 3 | DRIP // DROWN
Put yourself into the mind of a woman.
Is she going to go for the guy dressed like a Fortnite character?
Or the one dressed like a grown ass man?
What you drape your body with determines how women perceive you.
It also influences your behavior.
That’s why clothes are so important.
They elevate your status + 10x your confidence levels.
What’s the right style?
Here’s the easy way:
Pull up any fashion magazine and mimic the styles of men who you consider to have “grown man energy.”
Done.
Here’s the detailed method:
- Collared shirt or solid tee
- Layer with a sporty blazer or bomber jacket
- Chino pants
- Clean white or brown dressy shoes

A solid haircut is the fastest way to go from struggling pedestrian to your highness.
There’s just no other tool that boosts your status as a man in less than 30 minutes.
The best hairstyle is one that you can style with ease.
For most men, this means a clean fade.

# 5 | CONFIDENCE GALORE
Here’s the thing about attraction.
You could be Mr. Pitt in his prime, but if you’re not ACTUALLY going outside and interacting with women…
It doesn’t matter.
It also doesn’t help if you can’t hold a decent conversation without shivering in your timbers.
Here’s the one thing that made a difference for me:
I shifted my mindset from scarcity to abundance.
Now I grew up with a pretty *minimalistic* childhood…
So it wasn’t easy.
But I was able to do it by physically placing myself in abundant environments.
Busy plazas, shopping malls, airports…
This gave me a visual representation of how much really exists in the world.
When taking any slight risk (talking to an attractive women, signing up for a tango class…)
I just remind myself to look through the lens of infinity.
And the situation starts to matter much less.
