If you REALLY want to change reality as you know it…

Put all of your energy into two things: 

  • Exhilarating goals 
  • Effective actions 

Your goals need to be BIG enough to seduce you out of bed.

Without them, we’re just meat machines indulging in questionable sensory experiences. 

So now our question is…

What ACTIONS take us to our desired goals? 

Goals are personal, but if you want to be fit and socially attractive…

Here’s how to do it — 

STEP # 1 | PUSH UPS  

Physical self-improvement is just another label for health. 

So…

You need to get healthy AF. 

This is a non-negotiable. 

Being in tip-top shape will prevent you from croaking out early, but more importantly…

It’ll transform your dating life. 

80% of attraction is being a healthy mate.

Here’s a lifestyle framework that I use: 

  • Lift 
  • Clean eats
  • Skincare 

Successfully implement these into your life…

And you’ll be ahead of millions suffering from a disease of excess. 

Let’s recap: 

Exercise 3–4 times a week 
Cut the processed nonsense (no more cosmic brownies)
Skincare regimen (cleanser + high-grade sunscreen at minimum)

You’ll be fine off this alone, even if the sky is falling. 

STEP # 2 | HABIT MODS

Changing your life doesn’t just require ADDING new habits…

You also have to take away the BS ones.

So identity the ones that are zapping your drive away. 

Here are the common ones: 

  • Fast food
  • Substances 
  • Scrolling  

These all activate primal parts of our brain, which can make quitting them harder than kicking a Quaalude habit. 

So what the move? 

It’s more than 280 characters, but read these two books: 

  • Atomic Habits” — James Clear 
  • Willpower Instinct” — Kelly McGonigal 

Takes about 90 days to apply their principles.

And they work. 

It helped me beat my decade-long r/Reddit habit. 

Now I’m out of the cage and socializing IRL everyday. 

STEP #3 | STEP OUT

Beyond health, the most valuable quality to upskill is social intelligence. 

Why?

In a world run by humans, doesn’t it make sense to understand them? 

An ape loved by his tribe never goes hungry. 

Learning social attraction can get deep — 

So this is what I focus on: 

  • Art of conversation 
  • Abundance mindset
