I Pressed "Restart" on My Life at 27. Here's What Happened Next

About few years ago I woke up to a text…
“I don’t love you anymore.”
At least that was the translation.
I was planning a life with her.
And it all came crashing down with a blue bubble.
For the next few days…
I lived in a haze of self-loathing.
How could I blame her?
I was a skinny fat 27 year old with no drive.
No purpose.
She could find a better match with 15 minutes of right swiping.
What do I do?
Lost — I desperately search the internet for inspiration.
I wanted to do better.
Eventually, I run across an old video…
A man named Greg Plitt.
I just wanted to win.
The sacrifice didn’t matter anymore.
So on that sleepless night…
I wrote down a plan that reset my life.
Here’s what happened next.

habit # 1 | no more excuses
I always blamed my problems on genetics or the man above.
But then I realized…
This doesn’t change sh*t.
It’s an excuse to absolve yourself of hard labor.
What’s the point?
To end up in the same place year after year?
I made everything my fault.
And in doing so…
I earned back my power.

habit # 2 | grind fitness
Since my reset…
I hit the gym faithfully like I’m Christian Bale.
But when I first started —
I would quit every month.
The progress was too slow to bare.
Eventually…
I stopped caring and just went anyways.
Still ate clean.
Still did the work.
But I removed myself from the timeline.
I saw my body transform from a fragile insect to a ripped stud.
This alone changed my life.
Women started treating me different, and looked at me as a man rather than some nerdy friend zone guy.
My reality changed.
Abundance was the default mentality.

habit # 3 | build independent
Life used to be…
Wake up.
Make some old dude rich.
Come home and crank.
The mediocrity made me sick.
But I didn’t know what else to do.
Nothing clicked.
I tried making YouTube videos.
Gave up.
One day my friend told me about writing.
So this time I decided.
365 days no matter what.
It was personal.

habit # 4 | texts
Reading reset my perspective on life.
Books like “Letters From a Stoic” and “Die with Zero” allowed me to stop caring about the petty sh*t.
If it wasn’t about getting fit, free, and calm —
I didn’t give AF.
Now…
I only read 1 book a month.
Why?
Books without application are useless.
- 1 week to read
- 3 weeks to apply
You’ll outlearn the 99% of guys who pose online for vanity points.

habit # 5 | no help
Stop waiting for help.
Because outside of a select few…
Nobody gives AF about us.
Go and seize the life you want.
There’s no handouts in life — especially if you’re starting at the bottom.
Approach the world with confidence:
- Build your body
- Dress well
- Make eye contact
- Stand up straight
You’ll win.

habit # 6 | change your mindset
Everything is life is temporary.
Where you live, the people you meet, your fears…
You’ll vanish one day.
So why not take the risk?
Why not ask her out?
It’s either a win or gym motivation.
Take your shot.

habit # 7 | prevail
At 27…
I hit the “reset” button on my old life.
But for two years — nothing happened.
It was lonely.
Nobody understood the struggle.
But it had to be done.
Because I couldn’t imagine myself bedridden one day —
Filled with regret.
Eventually, results came.
But more importantly…
I became the man that was once hidden under the surface.
